“I LOVED THIS CABIN! I was in Chestertown with friends for a native plant society conference at Washington College which I also loved. When the conference sessions ended, I couldnt wait to get back to enjoy all the cabin had to offer. I kayaked at dawn and was greeted by a Kingfisher and Great Blue Heron and had the river all to myself but for the wildlife! Back from the conference in the late afternoon, I hiked the trail in the rain and found the friendly pot bellied pigs and the goats who……

“The location was fabulous! Truly beautiful with the view of the Chesapeake. The kitchen was really wonderfully stocked. The only negative was there was a significant fruit fly problem inside the house. The problem was rectified on the third day when it was realized they were coming from one of the garbage cans!”

“What a beautiful property! The minute you walk in the front door, you are treated to a gorgeous view of the water. My adult family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool, the yard, dock, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, fire pit, sunset view, and more! This house is ideally situated on the water, and not far from Easton, which has some great restaurants and is very charming. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and for sharing their lovely home with us. We hope to return soon!”

“Another fantastic stay! Everything about the house in comfortable, plenty of seating, places to eat, areas within the house to talk, play games, etc.. The kitchen has what you need to cook a meal or bring in some crabs and eat them on the screened-in porch. Every bed is comfortable. The view is perfect and we were fortunate to have some hot September weather and take advantage of the pool. Just a short drive to Easton and St Michael, but remote enough to feel like you are really getting away……

“We had a fabulous time at this location. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Holly and Nash were very responsive and accommodating to us, even to go as far as ordering something for my baby to use at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many things to do and not even have to leave, fire pit, hot tub, games, pool table plus and amazing master shower!!! We will definitely come back next year. ”
