「 I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!」

Even the small room amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer sachets aren’t refilled...

「I had booked a standard room for a total invoice approx 2250/-assuming to be Aircondition facility. After reaching the property I understood it's non AC. I had to pay extra for upgrading. The property web site is offering at competitive rates but booking through Expedia, I understood Expedia is taking lions commission. 」
