The residence comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four beautifully furnished bedrooms:
Master bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed, this serene space offers a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean and Swan Bay views from the upstairs windows.
Second bedroom another king-sized haven for restful nights, also offering lovely views and ample space.
Third bedroom perfect for children or friends, with two single beds providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
Fourth bedroom equipped with a queen, ideal for extra guests.
All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a stylish family lounge area.
Here, you can unwind on elegant furnishings while enjoying modern entertainment options, including a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Foxtel.
Downstairs, the heart of the home is a spacious kitchen-family area, designed for both relaxation and culinary creativity.
The Kitchen featuring a gas fireplace, a hostess bench with bar stools, and top-of-the-line appliances including a Neff electric oven, Miele dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and gas cooktop. For coffee enthusiasts, a K-fee coffee machine is available (please bring your own pods and remember to clean the machine after use).
