We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "Great place and very clean. Any issues we had Sergio resounded quickly to fix any issues and offered many recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :) "

"Overall good property, however Appliances were definitely on the lower quality end of the spectrum. Water took forever to boil on the stove. Water pressure was terrible in the master shower. Location was good and security on the property was very reareassuring."
