On the town center of Quiberon, this pleasant apartment 3 rooms of almost 48m² for 4 persons is located on the third floor, door 32 of the residence “Les Hauts de Port Maria”. At only 20meters of the first beach.

It includes:
-Entry,
-Living room with TV and sofa,
-Equipped kitchen (fridge, cooking plate, multifunction oven, dishwasher),
-Bathroom,
-Toilets separated with washing machine and dryer,
-Bedroom with a sofa bed of 140cm large,
-Bedroom with one bed of 140cm large.

Loggia with garden furniture.
Box n°A32 on the residence.
Appartment located directly nearby festive places.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 90€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Appartement près du centre ville et plage très appréciable et fonctionnelManque placard dans une des chambres pas très pratique.Dommage que les chambres donnent sur la rue où il y a une boite de nuit fonctionnant 7 jours/7 de 1h a 6 h du matin. Je vous laisse deviner pas vraiment reposant....Il faudrait mettre ce genre d établissement hors du centre-ville
