「The host was responsive via text up until check in. After, there would be no response. I informed him in person that the private rooftop pool was dirty compared to the other pools that were clean and clear. I was told there would be another room available the next day to move us, which did not happen. Instead, he had the pool cleaned while we were out the next morning, said it was cleaned twice, but it still didn't look clear like the other pools. I still requested to be moved and was told there...

「La habitación es muy pequeña, pero es funcional, la limpieza no es muy buena, cuando yo llegue no había nadie que abriera, gracias a otro huésped pude acceder a la recepción, en la recepción no había nadie, me atendió una persona que trabaja en una oficina que está ahí pero no es del negocio, mi calificación es de regular a malo」

「No me gustó la ubicacion, ya que se ve que no es un lugar seguro para hospedarse, está en medio de bodegas y en un patio industrial de difícil acceso a personas que no llevan auto propio. Y que al reservar no te hacen comentarios al respecto de la ubicación. Por lo que no pude hospedarme ahí ya que no me sentí segura, fue un viaje pagado SIN UTILIZAR. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y nuevas. Solo la ubicación no es segura.」
