「Nice service! Friendly and helping a lot」

「Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! 「A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool」
