“I booked this place for a family member and he spoke to the person prior to arrival. Once arrived at the location the person stopped answering the phone. This was last Friday 3/20/26 and now today they attempted to remove money from my account which they were declined because I used my Cash App card. This place is a scam and thank God I didn’t use my bank card.”

“The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working).”

“This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever. “It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message.
