「Für alle die die Ruhe lieben, und vom Alltagstrubel weg wollen. Das kleine Städtchen Radicofani ist nicht weit um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen. Ein Rundgang lohnt sich ebenfalls. Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Tagesausflug-Distanz. Das Haus ist mitten in der Natur gelegen und bietet innen und aussen viel Platz.」

Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen.
