「I got a very big suite, more like a one-bedroom apartment which is comfortable. The location is great. Right by the ocean. Two major casinos as well as a shopping mall, a major tea shop and McDonald's restaurant are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The vehicle charge by the hotel to go to the airport is a bit high (US$25,) and the driver, who openly admitted he drove under fatigue, asked me to pay for the toll. I thought it should be included in the charge.」

Clean, modern, presentable apartments. Nice (though small) rooftop infinity pool with beautiful views. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Jawfer from concierge speaks perfect English, even the guard and service guy can converse in basic english. Its a perfect home away from home.」

「We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. 「The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. 」

"The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close."
