We stayed one night at the Unique towers. The check in process was very quick and easy and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very nice.

The hotel don't run restaurant as there are many near by. Rooms are vary large and nice. Enclosed parking for cars with driver. 24hr security service.

Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended.

The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean. The rooms were extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities possible and the staff didn’t hesitate to provide us with anything required - friendly, polite staff providing excellent service. The location is also superb - right in the heart of the city, opposite a supermarket, mall, and garden. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Luxurious experience!

My wife and I arrived with our 2 grand-children tired after a long flight. We were met with incredibly helpful service. We found the otherwise luxurious room noisy (street noise) and were immediately upgraded to the two-storey luxurious penthouse suite without any extra expensrs. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us and making lengthy phone calls concerning travel planning and other stuff...The place is clean, has a marvellous athmosphere and is centrally located. It is close to supermaket in an area whrre you feel safe. Unique Towers can only be highly recommended! Helena and John

Das team war super nett. Hatte viel Platz, Wasser im Zimmer, w lan war auch 100 %... Ich habe nach dem check out mittags sogar noch die Möglichkeit gehabt mich nachmittags im Hotel für den Rückflug frisch zu machen, das war super praktisch...

Central location, great supetmatket across the street. Lots of places within walking dostance to eat. Hotel caters to arab/muslim guests. They mention a weird policy prohibiting alcohol but I drank in the hotel no problem.

Ik vond de staf vrienden en behulp zaam. Apartement was schoon en schone handoeken elke dag en werd ook schoongemaakt.en ruim.Was machine om je kleren te wassen. Apartment was dichtbij van de stad (stad). Minder 1 kamer had niet altijd warm water.

スリランカ最期のコロンボで一泊でした。 目的にもよるけど、私の旅は市内観光が目的です、旧市街地ではない場所ですので、個人的にはロケーションで減点です。 目的にもよるので、場所は目の前が大きなスーパーがあり徒歩3分です、カードも利用可能です。お土産はここで購入しました。 部屋は広いですね、パーティルームもしくは、長期滞在型ホテルです、キッチン冷蔵庫洗濯室もあるんですよね！ 朝食は別オーダーですスリランカは物価も安いし、前述のスーパーとは別にベーカリーショップがあり便利です。 ちなみに、スリランカでは、ベーカリーショップやホテルの表記があるお店が多いです、食事をする場所と理解してください。

I'll be back!

I found the boutique virtually flawless. Hospitable staff, always smiling, always ready to assist. Excellent location, barely 5 minutes to the main station in a Tuk-tuk on a moderately busy day. Close to supermarket, restaurant. The apartment itself was first class: kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave meant I could cook my own food as well. As soon I have the means I'll be back. Absolutely loved the place, almost as much I loved the country. Five stars for everything.

バスタブ無いです。

バスタブ有りと書いてあったから予約したのにホテルにバスタブ設置の部屋は1つもなく、騙された感でいっぱいだった。 周辺にも食事を満足に取れる店はなく、スーパーマーケットが1軒あるだけ。 お湯は出ました。

Needs refurbishment

Had a good welcoming staff . They provide Daily room linen change . However room lacks charms and looks wore out. I will definitely try to look for something else in my next visit

Excellent option

The 4 bed penthouse that we stayed in was nearly perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families! Very spacious and well laid out except one bedroom which is rather compact and shared a bathroom with the other. Fully equipped and well maintained. The best part is the location! Heart of the city with all the places to visit, restaurants, shopping within 2-3 km radius. Highly recommend the place for travellers visiting Colombo....
