It is a majestic facility dating back to the first years of the nineteenth century. Today it shows all its magnificence thanks to an accurate and meticulous renovation of all its original parts including the garden. Owing to the numerous tall trees that have been planted (carob trees, olive trees, palm trees and some other varieties of ornamental plants) the place has regained its ancient splendour.
At the entrance of the patio there is a wonderful flight of steps that leads to the solarium and to the swimming pool surrounded by date palm trees and oleanders. The swimming pool, with massaging water jets, is heated with solar panels, the water has a constant temperature of 28/29 degrees. At the back of the swimming pool there is a large patio with a well equipped kitchen, a large lunch table and a living area with a fireplace, some sofas and armchairs. Behind the courtyard there is the ancient stone patio called ″baglio″ surrounded by the suites and the ancient villa.
All the rooms have got centralized air conditioning system, but the temperature can be varied according to one's own needs. In the ″baglio″ there are many fresh and private places where you can spend a part of the day in the shadow of the wonderful vegetation surrounding the different courtyards.
A young janitor lives by the house, in a separate place on his own. His discrete presence is essential to keep the place, the garden and the swimming pool in working order. He can solve little problems and, upon request, he can make breakfast.
The villa is ideal for large groups from. The prices vary according to the season and to the number of guests. Anyway the exclusive use of the whole villa is guaranteed.
