Top Rahway Hotel Reviews

Doubletree by Hilton New York Times Square South
6/10 Okay
"The rooms were incredibly small, although very clean. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortably soft. We did, however, appreciate the blackout curtains and TV programs.
The hotel staff was all so kind, but if you lingered in the lobby for more than a minute, a staff member would approach you to sell you a hotel discount on a future stay.
The Wi-Fi was extremely spotty and unreliable. I was disappointed to have gone 2/3 nights without a solid connection.
The location of this hotel was quite good - 5-minute walk to Penn Station and close to some food places and souvenir shops. Not to mention, it neighbours a fabulous coffee was shop, Vanilla Gorilla, which we regularly frequented. The outskirt of the building was relatively quiet overall, compared to other NYC stays."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
6/10 Okay
"Our room was clean and the janitorial staff was very nice. The toilet leaked in our room when it was flushed and the ice bucket was gross. When we checked in, I asked about breakfast being included. I was told it wasn’t included and she couldn’t even tell me how much it would be to buy the breakfast because I went through Expedia. So even if I wanted to purchase breakfast for my family I was unable to do so even though it was stated clearly on the Expedia site that the breakfast was included. Expedia did not want to help and just wanted to get rid of me for $50 of credit I’ll probably never use. We did not end up getting breakfast for our stay. Beds were comfy and the Lobby was empty and unappealing. "

Pod Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"This property was perfect for us. It was small, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It was walking distance to Times Square and many other sites. We would definitely stay here again."

The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property really enjoyed our stay"

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The only issue were delays with the elevators. There was a very large convention going on and the elevators did get bogged down at times. "

Lotte New York Palace
8/10 Good
"A lovely, iconic property in a great location for restaurants, theater, sightseeing. Hotel was in the process of starting a new reservation system, was seriously unprepared for it, and significantly understaffed causing delays at check in that were incredibly long. It took us 2 visits to the front desk and 90 minutes before getting access to our rooms. Excusing mistakes and software glitches is one thing, but the staff did not deal with it well. They apologized profusely and repeatedly, but no other response. For example, no offer of water or a drink while in line, no offer of a breakfast or a coffee for our trouble; no offer of a drink in the bar, etc. For the price of a room ($800+), one expects a bit more respect and responsiveness. Kudos to Henry (valet/bellman) and Medy (concierge desk) who were most helpful and apologetic. "

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown

"Good"

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
4/10 Poor
"The staff of this property was awesome. This property is outdated. Also the reason most people booked this is because it is the cheapest price down there. I would actually pay an extra $300-$400 on my trip to have better accommodations."

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
