「We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose...

「Everything is great, including the room, service and food at the restaurant. We had a pleasant time staying here. Breakfast was fantastic, got a lot of choices. We moved from Novotel to Pullman, and both hotels were very nice to help us move the luggage from room to room. We definitely will choose to stay here again next time when we visit. 」
