「A world-class hotel staff trained, but there are two responsible Chick in the name Meha, and Nisha's manager, has been an unmitigated liar, I booked and paid all Superrial room, but they literally give me Stander room They reasoned that [Superial room and Stander room is same] But the truth is different, Superial room room is relatively large and have a good view, the floor is relatively high. 「The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed. They also offered a really wonderful dinner. I was a little nervous arriving late at night, but they have great security and I felt quite safe. 」

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
