「Pricey for the amenities.Similar hotels are available at cheaper prices. Not so clean bath towels that too were provided when asked. Hit and miss food quality. Breakfast is less than mediocre and too costly for the item provided. Overall less than ok specially for the price.」

「One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. All those pictures don’t justify.」

「Staff needs to be respectful for guests.」

「Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. 」

「No help at all」

「No cleanliness, no hotwater supply, no breakfast. Horrible to stay」
