“Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel is located in a central area.”

“Good location!”

“The hotel is not ready for guests. It is in the middle of renovations and all is full of dust at the moment. The exterior of the building is not what it looks in the photo. The street where it is located it's awful. I had to request cancellation the first night. The staff were helpful on cooperating with refund and frustration.”

“Room service is good. It is worth 3 to 4 stars.”

“An exceptional stay and a truly memorable experience at Hotel Sbtel, Delhi! The hotel offers an excellent blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, fresh, and hygienic, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, with an impressive variety of options, while dinner at Loya was equally enjoyable. What truly sets the experience apart is the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and genuine eagerness to go above and beyond make every guest feel……

“Lovely and flexible staff that accommodated our late arrival from our flight. Very convenient location from the airport. Complimentary pickup made the stay easy.”

“A very professionally run hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean and located centrally, close to rail station. However surprisingly no noise was heard during the night, I had a very peaceful sleep.”
