“There just room we were in was nice but after returning from dinner it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The staff quickly moved us but the next room was having the street where dogs barked all night and the mattress on the bed sagged in the middle. I have it a 3 because the staff were helpful, the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice and the building is very pretty. ”

“On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they……

“The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified.”

“I had an excellent stay at this property. Initially I was a bit worried about how the experience would be, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained with modern facilities that made the stay very comfortable. “From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. “I called the Hotel. At 1st instance they said room is not available at such low cost. Then again they called me and said they can arrange the dormitory in the rate I booked. I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four……
