"While the owner Ashu was pleasant and the staff tried to be very accomodating to our needs, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for future bookings. The place is next to a main highway and we could hear the truck horns all night long. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as even though they had just come back from the cleaners they had what appeared to be grease stains on them and the bedding was ripped in certain areas. "The communication before arrival and helpfulness of the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. "Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!"

"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"The room and attached toilet were clean and comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful and cooperative. The hotel lacks a restaurant and it's located at one of the noisiest junctions of Arakashan Road and Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. Overall, it's okay to stay here if you're in Delhi only for a few days. The only advantage of this place is that the rooms are available at cheap rates, so it's ideal for a budget traveler."

"The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"
