This charming 4-bedroom home in Apex, NC, is perfect for family vacations or extended stays.
The first-floor Queen bedroom with an attached bath offers privacy and convenience. Enjoy a spacious open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and screened porch overlooking a private backyard. High-speed fiberoptic internet and Roku Smart TVs provide easy streaming.
Just 10 minutes to USA Baseball, 20 minutes to RDU, and close to parks and greenways in Apex and Cary.

Smart Roku TVs allow you to access your Hulu and Netflix accounts. No Cable provided.
$1000 fine for any broken rules:
a) NO smoking IN OR NEAR the home.
b) NO parties
c) NO breaking quiet hours 10 pm- 7 am

This community has some strict rules around parking. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, in the garage (fits one car) and in designated parking spots. Street parking is not allowed and will result in your vehicle being towed. In addition, parking a commercial/commercial looking truck in public site (in the driveway or designated parking spots) is prohibited. The garage is off limits to the guests.
