Well suited and stocked!

This house works if you need space and convenience. The stairs are tricky, great for kids! The distance to the playground/basketball court was a wonderful surprise.

The property was nice, well kept. However, we found that the bathrooms, floors, and sofa was dirty. Cleaned a little bit. The owners are exceptional. This may be a case of the cleaning crew. All around, nice stay.

Needs work

This nearly renovated place still needs some work. The floors are very uneven and the quick lay down job shows in the floor work. Thermostat is on the stairwell so upstairs is burning hot and downstairs is freezing. Showers and bathrooms are very nice. But listing should specify that both bathrooms are on the first floor. No bathroom on the second floor No dishwasher which is no fun 😥 Needs an added touch of a garbage disposal as well. Place sleeps 6 but only 4 kitchen chairs Needs a sidewalk up to the front door. Too easy to track in mud and dirt from muddy front yard A door mat outside front door would also be a nice added touch

Terrible management company

We arrived to the home after a long drive at our scheduled 4pm check in only to walk in and quickly realize the home had not been cleaned from the previous guests. It was extremely inconvenient. The cleaner arrived around 5:15pm and cleaned until 9. It pretty much ruined our Thursday evening plans. She did a great job and was very nice and apologetic. I asked for a partial refund and property manager said they would get back to me. They never did and I asked again for no response again. The home’s heating system is messed up. No one could stay upstairs because it was so hot but freezing downstairs. The bathroom off the kitchen has no heat source. I am very disappointed overall. I had 5 adults and due to the heat issue the bedrooms upstairs were not usable and no one could shower in the kitchen bath. I would not stay again. If I were the owners I would look into a different management company.
