We loved everything about our stay! Check-in was super easy, communication was quick and helpful, and the house was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, cozy, and full of great amenities. Great spot for small groups or large groups! The house was as nice as the pictures show…..the pics do not exaggerate the amenities or how nice the house! It’s in a great location close to downtown Raleigh and NCSU. Great spot for a weekend get away with a large group!

This house is amazing!!! Very clean and spacious and jam packed with fun. The movie theater was fantastic for watching college football and the golf simulator was a bonus. The hosts, Garrick and Sheila, were so accommodating- even adding lefty golf clubs to the house before our stay. Finally, the house is in a great location- close to food and shopping! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Raleigh!

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at a beautiful VRBO for our NC State game weekend! We had a party of 10 family members, and the house exceeded every expectation. The facilities were top-notch — from the theatre room that made movie nights unforgettable, to the cozy fire pit where we made memories late into the evening.It truly felt like the hosts thought of everything. Every detail was considered, and they were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The home was absolutely spectacular and made our weekend together even more special.Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

A Home Away From Home

The Oberlin Palais was absolutely stunning! From the front we weren't expecting the house to be as big as it was. The game room and movie theater was a huge hit! We celebrated my grandmas 93rd birthday and this was one of the few properties that didn't mind additional guests coming by and leaving. We had about 30 people and there was more than enough parking and house space for everyone to gather. Sheila was always a phone call away and helped out with every little issue. The kids loved popcorn and smores. The elevator was perfect for people who needed it. We look forward to returning again.
