“Rooms were clean but small and was tight for a family of 6. Bathroom had a horrible smell which was off putting. Sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived at 4.15pm. Instead the lady told us she’ll come in a shortly and do it but continued to sit out in the courtyard on a video call to someone for a further 30mins before coming in. Courtyard had a metal piece protruding from the floor which the gates shut against - dangerous at night as there’s no lighting or measures in place to highlight……

“This is an amazing apartment near the Versailles Chateu. Carlos made check in a breeze. The rooms are fairly quiet, although the road noise could get oddly loud around 1 am. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Its proximity to the market and town also are a selling point. We enjoyed the market, buying fresh bread, and wines and cheeses for our dinner. ”

“Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren……

“This apartment was a great base for us to access the EXPO centre and the centre of Paris. The directions and information shared by the owner were the best I've ever seen and greatly appreciated. We were a group of 4 friends who found there was plenty of space and really liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend as great value for money.”

“Lovely location in the 14th away from the tourist horde. Host lives next door and is gracious and helpful. We’re a couple of 77 year-olds so we were very careful on the narrow stairs and took a bit of effort to use the sleeping pads on the floor, but that’s just part of being our age. We would gladly stay here again. ”

“Great little apartment in a residential area of Paris. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bakeries very close by. Served by 2 metro lines, one of which a half block away Wi-fi dropped a few times, but not for too long. Things I didn't mind, but could be a negative for some:-All windows face courtyard (often a plus in Paris due to less noise)-Bathroom is a bit tight, but not overly so for Paris- You could faintly hear the Metro passing underground ( didn't bother me, I thought it was……
