「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「The room was clean. They have lots of fun activities and places to go on-site. We spent more time at the resort than anywhere else during our vacation. I was sad to find out that the resort is now charging for Soaky Mountain. However, the tickets are reasonably priced if you are a guest at the resort. Toni Ungurds from the front desk was super helpful and nice. We will definitely be returning in the future. 」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...

「Property has large customer rental and it lookes that they could use a complet exterior and interior make over. Rooms were clean but very distressed. linnens old (pillow was a childs size). our room was behide laundry room. Our unit ADC very, very noisey. I was told first come first serve. I could go into much deeper discription but I will pass. staff was great! Oh ! it would be great if they would offer a varity at breakfast in lieu of every day sausage and scrambled egg. 「Great location and very convenient to the Gatlinburg strip. Rooms are clean and comfortable Porch light on balcony stayed on and unable to turn off. Light bleed into room interrupted sleep. No breakfast included which would be nice. 」

「Stay was good, but hate, HATE the parking lot. Our building was at top right of property. We had to go up a blind hill and there was never any parking close to the building. Bed was comfortable but very tall. Hotel is older and has a musty smell to it. I loved the balcony and ease of riding the elevator down to the ball room. The staff was super friendly and I loved the drop and go for the keys. Would stay again for event or pageant, but not for just a weekend stay. 」
