“The staff were so wonderful. My daughter was getting married and my mom needed far more help than I expected. The hotel was able to provide a wheelchair for mom, allowing her to spend what energy she had enjoying the day. Thank you to all who assisted!!”

“Upon our 8 pm arrival, we were notified we had to be moved to another hotel due to “maintenance issues.” No call ahead and then waited 30 min to be moved to another hotel, in a crap room, with no breakfast voucher nor parking. I have stayed at this Drury a couple of times as well as in Milwaukee & Chicago. It’s one of my favorite places to stay and this was so off-putting especially after a long day. Do better.”

“Clean room”

“During the last nigh of my stay, there were guests on the same level and outside of my window, who were making loud noise up until 2:00 a.m. I was hoping the staff would tell them to quiet down, but no staff bother to check. The hotel is very old.”

“Nice hotel and a great value!”
