Great spot
Loved the location. Beautiful views and great neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked. Huge pool! Very open living space. Ashley and Boris, the property managers were most helpful.

Great neighborhood unfortunately with rat infestation
This is a nice home in a great neighborhood with deferred backyard maintenance. Unfortunately during my stay a rat infestation occurred. A pest control technician was sent out as soon as I called the management company, but the traps did not work. I vacated early with a refund on the remainder of my rental period. In my opinion, the overgrown backyard foliage needs to be professionally trimmed and cleaned up plus the huge unused swamp cooler hauled away, which would help mitigate the rat problem.

Great place, fantastic neighborhood
The property had everything we needed, lots of space, well-maintained pool/spa and gorgeous views! The neighborhood is very special - a jewel nestled into the cove, super quiet, lovely neighbors.
