Nice rental!

Nice 3 BR house with open kitchen and family room which was great for our family with teens and young adults. The patio is great, and the pool was nice and warm too!

Smooth Fun Weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house for Memorial Weekend. Everything from check in process, to cleanliness, to convinence, were amazing! Eddy was so quick in response if I had a question. The pool was clean and the water was so nice that the kids did not want to leave it. Highly Recommend this and will definitely stay here again.

Casa Santiago Stay

This home is beautiful and set up perfectly for a short or long stay. It was a treat to have coffee pods supplied and spices on hand. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around PGA West and watch the big horn sheep. The pool was just the right size to cool off on a hot day. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Santiago and would love to return sometime.

WONDERFUL STAY AT PGA WEST

It was great time with my friends even no golf for first couple days due to heavy rain. We enjoyed outdoor view good wine and chat.

Relaxing property

My wife and I were looking for a place to go for the Labor Day weekend, and La Quinta fit the bill. After searching many homes, we found the perfect one- Casa Santiago at PGA West (Jack Nicklaus course).This home has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. A fully serviced kitchen (pots, pans, skillets…), everything you might want to do some serious cooking. And, if the mood strikes you, their 5 burner propane BBQ is sitting there waiting to be used. With the BBQ, along with an assortment of tongs, knives and spatulas, we were ready to do some serious steak cooking.The write-up for Casa Santiago stated that the house was fully stocked- spices for the kitchen, wine and beer openers for your various beverages, along with soap and fabric sheets for the laundry. It even has large pool towels for outside in the pool area- recliners, patio table and chairs were a nice relaxing touch.There is also an available golf cart. We took advantage of it and paid the extra fee for it. The cart is allowed on the streets within the PGA Wast compound and on PGA Blvd, to visit the other PGA West courses and homes (it has a transponder to open the “owner” gates at the various entry points.I needed to contact the host (Eddy) once or twice for info on things, and he responded quickly each time. This was our second time at PGA West and it will not be our last. We will be setting up a visit sometime next year for our children and grandchildren to join us.We believe that this place is an absolute 10/10.

Wonderful property ! First Class

The picutures are spot on. This is a beautiful home and everything was in great condition. Having our own pool was such a nice touch for our vacation getaway. We loved the location at PGA West. We will definitely be back!

Nice house in quiet area in PGA West

Nice house with lovely patio area with full sun through mid-day. Close proximity to heated community pool if you don't want to pay to heat the pool at the house. Nice views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Well stocked kitchen. House is located in quiet area in PGA West. Only downside - had problems with heating of second bedroom and casita that never got resolved.

Wonderful property in beautiful PGA West

Casa Santiago was the perfect property for a relaxing vacation. It's beautifully decorated and spacious. Having the pool at the house is a luxury and made it easy for us to all spend outdoor time together. The grandparents especially enjoyed. The location is peaceful and surrounded by fantastic golf courses and close to hiking trails. Very conveniently located. Mr. Estrada was very accessible when we had a question and responded immediately. It was a very memorable week and we will definitely consider this property when we return. Thank you!

Superb home in an idyllic PGA West La Quinta setting

We have travelled to many destinations around the world and stayed at VRBO or AirBnB properties on 3 continents. Our stay at this PGA West property was one of our best experiences. The home is meticulously cared for and we found it immaculately clean. The furnishings and other appointments are of a calibre appropriate to the beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable furnishings of the home's central living areas with its spacious, open floor plan that leads out to the patio and pool area, as well as the 18th tee of the Weiskopf course. We spent every morning enjoying the beautiful views from the patio while sipping coffee, and returned to the same spot for a glass of wine in the early evening before heading out for dinner. The setting is stunning. The owner was communicative and very responsive to us. In balance, the only area that potentially could be improved was the bed size in the secondary bedrooms. My wife and I shared the house with another couple who we traveled with to see the tennis tournament and catch a round of golf. We were fortunate to have won the coin flip for the master bedroom furnished with a King bed. Our friends ended up in the nicely appointed second bedroom, but it is furnished with a Queen bed. We felt badly as they mentioned multiple times that they were having trouble sleeping due to the bed size and being used to a KIng. It would seem that the marketability of the home could benefit from offering it as having essentially two master suite areas, both with King beds. This would be our only consideration in renting this home again with another couple. At 6'2" tall and with a 5'8" wife, we don't do well in a Queen bed, either. The pricing structure for the rental of the property seems unnecessarily complex and makes the home initially appear to be less expensive than it really is for the majority of renters seeking a 2 or 3 bedroom rental. The pricing represented is for two people occupying this three bedroom home. Additional occupants are considered "extra guests" and the price increases. Our additional guest charge was $320 for the additional couple for four nights. Overall, it was still a fair value for the quality of the property, but I personally prefer more transparent, straight-forward pricing.

Great location for golf

Four of us spent a weekend golfing at PGA West and the location of the house is perfect. 30 second drive to clubhouse. The house was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed. Even the rollaway bed was comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. Definitely a great spot for a golf week/weekend.
