“Our trip to San Diego was made so much better by the experience of staying in this property. My girlfriend loves kittens, goats, and dogs and this property has all three. We had an issue logging into my account on the way to San Diego due to an unexpected hack so I had to create a new account just to contact the host. She called me immediately and made the check-in smooth and easy despite the challenges. The view is even better in person. And their recommendation for local food spots was so……

“We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as advertised, and the home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family, especially having a bedroom conveniently located on the first floor. One thing we really appreciated was the abundance of windows and backyard doors, which allowed for a wonderful cross breeze and kept the home feeling fresh and airy. The location, being a little farther from the ocean, was actually a big advantage - it provided fresh……

“Rebecca is a good host and seeks to be responsive. The house is expansive and very accommodating. Our family had a great time there. The beach view and access are excellent. Parking is great.”

“Great place for a big family or multiple families to get together. Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren. Excellent location. Close to beach and great restaurants. Outstanding patio to hang out with everyone.”

“Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. The parking was good for a busy beach area with lots of……

“Daniel & Emily were excellent hosts. Communication was clear and timely, and the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. Our group of 10 had a lovely 1-week stay in June. The home really did feel spacious, with the perfect amount of beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked, with pots/pans/dishes and cooking/serving utensils. The kids loved the games in the garage. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. Since we cooked quite a few meals……

“This home was incredible, and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating and made sure our group was well taken care of.”

“property is well maintained. bungalow is very nice. it was too bad i only stayed one night. excellent for longer stays and close to many restaurant and small grocery store.”

“A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great.”

“We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one……

“Jodi was the perfect host - good communication, very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The Casita was beautifully decorated and spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was quiet and private. The spacious patio and covered outdoor dining area was a big bonus! We loved every aspect of our stay, and we will definitely come back!”
