「Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa.
