Splendid Hotel in a Beautiful Setting

Fabulous small hotel in an idyllic Austrian village. Wonderful views from our balcony, lovely breakfast, helpful staff. Free EV charging too! Only stayed here one night, but would love to return for longer.

Room not as advertised

A disappointing stay! This hotel was not as advertised - we were told our room had air conditioning and a kitchen but it had neither. The food we had brought to cook was wasted and we had to spend extra on a meal to eat. There room was hot and there wasn’t even a fan, overall the hotel is in a good location and rooms were very basic but spacious and clean . Breakfast was good, No reduction was given despite the false advertising. The manager agreed the room was not as advertised but blamed Hotels.com.

Enjoyed a walk from hotel a day long hike up high to cow meadows at Lainacher Kuhalm for lunch and then dinner down low where the winter cows live at Hatzhof. Came to experience the culture and that day appeciated the work to get up and down to high pastures but also beauty of the valley and the elegance of old buildings repurposed to welcome travelers from far away. Lovely visit.

Accueil très froid. Les chambres sont vieillissantes (meubles non entretenus, pas de climatisation, pas de réfrigérateur,...) Toiles d'araignée au plafond, plus de savon dans le distributeur de douche, papier toilette rationné. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et peu approvisionné vers la fin du service : il faut y aller tôt. Café très bon. Service au bar très froid.... Incroyable quand on se base sur la convivialité de la région....tout le monde ne l'applique pas. Espace spa étonnamment très moderne et propre. Dommage que tout ne sois pas dans cette exigence. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.

Fint hotell på landet

Trevligt hotell med egen restaurang med sittplatser både ute och inne. Det var mycket matgäster och för lite personal när vi var där men maten var god och personalen trevlig. Vi hade rum med balkong på andra våningen och det finns hiss. Hotellet ligger i en liten by på landet. Lugnt och skönt

Otroligt mysigt hotell i alperna med supertrevlig personal och god mat. Bra frukost med det mesta man kan önska sig. Ett stort plus för att laddning av elbil ingår i priset för rummet.

Prijs kwaliteit klopt niet, ontbijt onder de maat!

Aardige mensen, aardige kamer met goed bed. Hoekbalkon op de 2e etage. Aardige omgeving om te wandelen. Onderhoud buiten schilderwerk moet echt gebeuren. Voor dit bedrag bijna 148,- L.o. Per kamer hebben we in die twee weken een veel beter hotel gevonden.
