「Great lodgings and close to the associated mountain facility offering for skiing, biking and hiking. Easy to get to town and other areas. A bit pricy for what it is though. Room was heated too much for summer. 」

「The cozy double is quite small, but since the price is on the higher side, we made do. The bed took some getting used to. It’s a little lumpy, and there was a dripping sound in the wall that also took some getting used to when it was a stormy night.」

「Friendly staff! The facility has clean common areas and washrooms, since they’re cleaned everyday. Kitchen is great. It’s too bad the hostel is mostly closed during the cleaning hours (no room and kitchen access) but then again you don’t come to Glencoe to stay inside :) They should fix the faucets and hand dryers in the washrooms since they don’t all work properly. Its nice that they have coffee and tea available all day. I’d recommend jt and would stay here again」

「My Glencoe trip was a bucket-list item and it proved to be wonderful. Kentra cottage is lovely - spotless, all mod cons, comfortable, spacious, very well equipped. Many thanks to Kirsty the owner. Glencoe village is quaint and of course perfectly placed for the spectacular surroundings. There are easy walks in woods and by the loch side to very difficult ones like Buachaille Etive Mor (for an older person like me!) which I did (just) - worth the effort though. All in all, a superb trip.」
