“Five Palms is a very nice condo, great amenities and perfect location overlooking the river. One can enjoy the bird life in the palm trees, viewing dolphins in the river, and poolside respite from the heat. ”

“We always stay at Charleston Ocean Villas when we come to Folly Beach. We love that all the condos are oceanfront and we can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Charleston is only about a 15 minute drive. You can keep as busy as you want or do nothing but walk the beach. We usually come off season - we have visited in January, March and October. We look forwarding to our next trip to Folly Beach and Charleston Ocean Villas. ”

“All four of us on our annual girls trip decided this was the best property we have stayed at yet. Cozy, yet spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the little sitting area that looked out at the pond. We were graced with the presence of an Osprey who visited the same branch in the same tree several times day during our entire stay. We named him Oscar. Definitely on our repeat list!”

“Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our first trip to Folly's beach. This property was great. Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants are only a block or so away. It has all the annemeties we would expect. We even got a nice surprise as they had beach toys and chairs for us to use. We will definitely be renting here again”
