Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. “We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. “Amazing clean property in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything! Comfortable bed and although facing the street it was surprisingly quiet. Very polite and welcoming staff especially to the young man at reception. Showed us to our double room and when we mentioned we had an early check out, he arranged a takeaway breakfast bag.
