Great location

This house was the best equipped for a long stay and the outside gardens are just so beautiful. The house was somewhat humid but I think it was due to the opening season early in May. We had a problem with hot water which was quickly resolved

Spacious home

The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!

Lovely villa with garage parking

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. We found the downstairs of the villa to be as advertised on VRBO. It was very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Communication was good with Massimo (the son of the upstairs owners) and Andrew, the cordial man who met us at checking in and checkout. I was able to cook in the kitchen, but the grill was not available, Massimo’s parents left us a large basket of lemons from their trees, which we thought was a nice gift. We had some minor problems figuring out the heat, but Massimo helped us get that straightened out. Water pressure and temperature in the showers was good. We liked that they had some board games (Italian versions of course), and played a rousing game of Monopoli on our last evening. We were disappointed that the large TV in the living room wasn’t a smart TV , so we couldn’t connect, but that wasn’t a big deal. We were grateful for the garage because the street is very narrow and cars and scooters come flying by. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Very comfortable apartment

very well decorated apartment, with very nice "ambiente".. you feel at home. Different possibilities to sit outside - in different areas of the terrace/garden - so you always find the place either to be exposed to sun or opposite. Kitchen is very well equipped. Supermarket is 5-9 minutes walk. The owner left some suggestions for tours, visits and restaurants. It was very useful! Thanks

Steingarten in Rapallo

Leider nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Der Garten besteht aus lauter Steinplatten. Der „Pool „ ist 3x2 m. Ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock nur über eine sehr enge steile Treppe erreichbar. Die Eigentümer wohnen im ersten Stock neben dem Schlafzimmer. Die überdachte Terrasse. Na ja. Lauter Hochhäuser um die „Villa“ . Ob man einen 50 Zoll Fernseher in der Küche benötigt muss jeder selber wissen. Viel Platz zum kochen ist da leider nicht mehr. Schade. Keine Empfehlung

We had a wonderful time in the home of Mr. and Mrs. de Marchi. We were greeted cordially and shown around. The house was very clean and is very spacious. It has everything you need and even more. When we had questions, Mr de Marchi was always eager to help.

Maravilloso y Calido - Wonderful and Warm

La casa es esplendida, llena de arboles frutales de todo tipo, muy comoda nos hospedamos 10 personas, 4 adultos y 6 niños. Muy espaciosa, tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en tu casa. La comunicacion con Massimo y Claudio fue muy buena nos indicaron muchos lugares para conocer y comer distinto tipo de Pasta, el barrio muy tranquilo y la ciudad fantastica, tiene todo lo que necesitas muy cerca para ir caminando tranquilamente. La vista tambien es hermosa. Recibimos un regalo maravilloso de Claudio, el autentico Pesto hecho por el mismo, que ade más es campeon Mundial. Muchas muchas Gracias. The house is splendid, full of fruit trees of all kinds, very comfortable we stayed 10 people, 4 adults and 6 children. Very spacious, it has everything you need to feel at home. The communication with Massimo and Claudio was very good. They indicated many places to meet and eat different types of Pasta, the very quiet neighborhood and the fantastic city, it has everything you need very close to walk quietly. The view is also beautiful. We received a wonderful gift from Claudio, the authentic Pesto made by himself, who is also a World champion. Thank you very very much.
