「Great time 」

「Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).」

「Beautiful location overlooking Sanibel Harbor. Sunset was gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and food was very good. The view is the best thing, the water so peaceful, mangroves filled with birds, and of course, the unforgettable sunset and red sky.」

「Property was very nice overall, staff was excellent. We did not have hot water for the shower, but we dealt with lukewarm until it was fixed. Love that they are pet friendly, wish other guests realized vacation is not a place to leave your furbabies locked up alone all day. There is a small pond/water feature to the left of the pool (if facing the beach) that needs to be filled in (with sand) or fixed and filled up with water. Mosquito and noseeum heaven is all it is right now. I'm sure...

「I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. 」

「This place is perfectly located minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. Self check-in/check out, easy parking. Great fire pits by the canal. Staff handled a noise complaint quickly and professionally. Continental breakfast in a forest of palms. I highly recommend 」

「Nice Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. During my week-long stay, there was one noisy night. Otherwise it was very quiet and comfortable. I had some difficulties with the AC, as it cooled the room but did not do well with the humidity. Gym facilities were nice, as was the breakfast. I’d recommend, especially for a shorter stay. 」

「Beautifully decorated tropical scheme. Nice pool. It is close to the road so you do get road noise. We had to move rooms because of the a/c but they were very accommodating. Restaurants are close by. We used this hotel as our overnight before boarding the fast ferry to key west. It worked out great!」

「The staff that was on the property were great. Even with a language barrier, they went above and beyond to help. The property is very clean. Housekeeping staff work very hard. The phone in our room didn't work, so I was unable to dial "0" for assistance. The check-in process is weird. That should be noted when people are making reservation.」
