「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con...

「Fantastic stay in Dublin. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Temple Bar — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return.」

「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」
