"Pool and grounds were fantastic, ping pong table conveniently located poolside, along with complimentary water by bar area which overlooks golf course and the South Mountain. Bldg 10 was easily accessible ground flr with plenty of parking. When we were low on towels or toilet paper the service was quick and staff very friendly. Overall properly was very clean and well maintained . "

"All-in-all, our stay was very good. The room was fairly clean with a few minor issues. Unfortunately, we did find ants in the room which was a bit of a turn-off. We also need had the breakfast as that definitely did not make us jump for joy. The staff, however, was very friendly;y and very accommodating as they helped us more than once with requests. The only other issue was the list of a parking fee which was hidden in a menu outside the home page. It was only $5 but I am one who does not appreciate fees being hidden and not out in plain site. I would have been okay with it had the fee been expressly written under hotel features. It was hidden behind another menu. So, for anyone booking at this hotel, know that overall, it was very good, but watch out for hidden fees and definitely don't stay there for the free breakfast. You get what you pay for."

"Room 0211 was bad smelling. They didn’t want to refund or give one night free. I was getting sick and only one employee was trying to help. He moved us. To room 1011 very thankful of that. Upstairs was very noisy room needs to be upgraded. But thankfully we had a place to sleep "

"The rooms are outdated and dingy. We had hair on our sinks, small dead bugs, and dried urine on the toilet seat. "

"Breakfast was better than expected with fresh fruit available in the lounge area upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great!"
