"We were in room 315. This is a room in need of renovation. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Dirty baseboards. The freezer wasn't keeping ice. Cream frozen and was noisy. The grounds were well maintained."

"Worst place I’ve ever seen. I checked in and right back out after going up to the room. Got even worst on the way out seeing drug attics living in the 1st floor rooms. This should not even be an option if you ask me. Please remove this property from the search results. "

"The person who checked us into the room was in India and we interacted through a kiosk in the tiny office. The English of the person was bad and they didn't understand me. For example, he kept saying "two others". I kept telling him there was just two of us. I'm not an others. Many extra step than it usually takes to check in. I needed to scan my badge for him, since he was in India. Also, he needed a picture of me posing while holding up my ID. Not just me, but also my adult son had to provide an ID and pose with it. And the rental car license plate number was mandatory. Can't check in without it. The door to the room was bowed in and barely functional. There was no shampoo in the room. Our room was above the garbage dumpster, and the early morning trash pickup was very loud. Crazy place."

"Room was outdated and mattress need replacement. It sunk in middle. Bathroom was usefull but again...need maintenance "

"Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Outside garbage by entrance door was overflowing when we arrived late afternoon and had not been emptied the next morning. Garbage had spread to the parking lot. Would not stay here again. "
