「Lovely family hotel, nice place good location 」

「My sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life.」

「Absolutely stunning property, located in the heart of Pointiscale, Keswick. Easy to get around to points of interest by a local bus which is opposite the place and lots of places for local walks /hikes near derwentwater. Also close to Keswick centre (1.5 miles, or 25 mins walk). The hosts, Craig and Claire, were brilliant; friendly and charming. They have exemplary customer service skills and great knowledge of the local area. The hot breakfast was great and the touch of home made oat bars...

「Glenn and Susann were lovely hosts who showed us great hospitality. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was skillfully cooked to order, full of options and served with great attention. We enjoyed our stay at Storrs Gate House during our time in the Lake District. 」

「A beautiful and unique B & B. We had a beautiful room with a free standing bath. Beautifully decorated throughout. There were a lot of stairs.. so if that’s not for you.. be aware! Parking was tight but manageable. We did walk home from town, but it was a bit of a hike after a long day. Staff were lovely and breakfast was wonderful. 」
