“This hotel was totally different then the picture shown in hotel.com. Very dirty windows were covered with hard curtains and curtains were very dusty. We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didn’t receive yet. ”
