Slavyanska Beseda Hotel
The check in procedure takes more than 40 mins. At the beginning , the front desk said that he cannot find my reservation and ask me wait until he at last find my reservation. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent!

Hotel Downtown
The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). ...

The Moon Boutique Hotel
The room is clean and breakfast is great! All staffs are friendly and I was so glad to chat with them. Definitely worthy experience!

Sofia Balkan Palace
Great hotel, very well located, especially to the metro (90 seconds walk) - the only thing that let us (and overheard others), the hot food at the buffet breakfast was consistently not hot, they need to work on that. Other breakfast items were perfect, fruits, pastries etc.
