「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. 「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「Hårde senge men meget behagelige at sove i. Vandtrykket i badet var dårligt men det er det vist overalt i kbh. Der var madrester og et håndklæde der flød på altanen men da jeg skrev og klagede var de MEGET hurtige til at tilbyde og komme og fjerne det. Der mangler lidt køkkenredskaber som f.eks en ostehølv. Lækker tv og behagelige sove sofa. Vil anbefale lejligheden til andre. Nemt at gå hen til øresund metro på små 10 min. 」

「Über Mittag sehr laute Musik am Pool, Zimmer relativ sauber, aber nicht perfekt, Toilette schlecht platziert, Badezimmer winzig, vor allem im Vergleich zur Zimmergröße. Für die Sauna auf dem Dach muss man an Gästen vorbei, die im Restaurant sitzen oder auf der Terrasse Speisen und durch die Kälte. Wie bereits in anderen Rezessionen geschrieben, war auch bei uns einen Aufzug defekt. Dadurch lange wartezeiten, weil Aufzug sehr klein. Lautes Rauschen von der Decke, Zimmerwechsel erst am nächsten...

「Staff was always prompt and helpful. Location was great for most highlights and was very quiet. Furniture was a culture shock but believe Danish are minimalist! Kitchen very impractical. There are no cabinets or shelving to store groceries. There is a whole available wall where such could be installed! Only two plugs and one is above stovetop making it unusable while using stove. Microwave was on top of fridge and had to use stool to access. Bathroom sink has no available surface to lay out...
