「The views of the river were great. But the bed was really bad as was the couch. There are some structural issues that if not addressed soon are going to cause some serious issues.」

「We enjoyed our stay for our championship tournament on Pickwick Lake. The drive to the ramp was good. We all enjoyed ourselves and had whatever we needed for the stay, if something came up we were taken care of promptly!」

「It is an excellent place to stay and I'd highly recommend it. A lot of places say they'll sleep 10 but that requires doubling up in all beds. Not here. Lots of beds and we had 9 people. What you need to know: It's a large house on the north shore of Pickwick Lake tucked back at the end of a cove. There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared; 30 down to the front door and about 55 down to the boat dock. The driveway is STEEP. If you have a boat trailer, launch your boat first, then leave the trailer...

「Great value in this stay. The room was very clean which is the most important aspect that matters to us. I could tell by talking to the staff that they take pride in how well they prep their rooms.」

「We stayed here two nights to visit family on the way to a Jeep rally in Pigeon Forge. The house is large and spacious with a great view of the Tennessee River. The bed was very comfortable, it has a large deck with chairs and plenty of sun shade. It has two levels with seating areas and even a message chair. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.」
