「The hotel is in the old town and close to all palces. The car parking is 25 euros. The room is quite small. The lobby is very well decorated. Mini bar provide a free drink. 」

「提早四個月預訂露台房，一到下午兩點入住時間馬上登記入住，只換來一間露台完全無景的邊間，請求換到城景房被告知本日滿房所以無法更換．沒有關係的散客建議定一般房間就好，陽台房空間跟設備也都很簡陋，早預訂或早入住都不存在一點意義，風景好的露台房都保留給特定人士了．」

「They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.」

「Really well located just outside city walls therefore ease of access to the hotel by car. Few minutes walk to escalators. Overall the hotel itself was superb. It has obviously only been recently removed as the rooms and, in particular, the bathroom was spotlessly well maintained. Breakfast was also to a high standard with a wide range of options. Only slight negative was that our room (Room 113) appeared to be above the kitchen as from early in the morning the noise was quite intrusive. We...

「The hotel is fine, except a bit far from city center. The lobby is nice but guest room hallway and inside a bit updated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They helped order taxi service really quickly and help keep luggages after I checked out. Overall I feel a bit pricy at this level of facility, but I guess hotel is somewhat expensive and May is the travel season in Spain. Room has nice window view overlooking city from hill, so night view is nice」
