"The hotel is well built, very quiet considering proximity to the busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice area in Ballantyne and the gym was easily accessible. Shower head with good water pressure (a sticking point with me) and bathroom spacious. I would like to have a hot tub, otherwise, nothing missing for me."

I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. "

"the staff was helpful and nice. The room t.v wasn't working because of the remote and the stench of pee walking into the room was horrible. I spoke to the front desk staff and she replaced the remote and gave me a can spray to spray the room for the smell. The room needed to be cleaned or I needed to be switched to a different room or hotel next door instead of me spraying air freshener that dont last. "
