"Staff were excellent, cannot fault them! Our room was spacious, but a couple of issues like the bidet wasn't working on the first day but it was fixed the next day. The room was very hot and a lady staff helped us by opening the balcony to let the cool air in. Also she brought a fan which was a big help! We've stayed here before and we are familiar with the area around it. We stay here before or after our cruises lime this time we did HK to Yolohama and we walked to this hotel from the terminal, very handy@"

"As expected from Sotetsu hotels, the housekeeping is solid, the staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. What is especially outstanding about this particular hotel, Sotetsu Fresa Sakuragicho is its location. Despite its name, it's right in front of the Bashamichi station in Yokohama. This is more than perfect. Everything is within walking distance. A fifteen minute radius by foot includes Minatomirai, Sakuragicho, Chinatown, Nihon Odori, Yamashita Park, Noge, Red Brick Warehouse/Akarenga etc. I had the perfect stay."

"The room was much more updated compared to the previous one we stayed in. Staff were courteous and the area is walkable to the Nihon-Odori station, there's a nearby Lawson, 7-11 and grocery."
