Room was pretty clean except for drink splash stains on the wall. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I told the cleaning lady and she did not come back to fill them. Food options are limited there. 1 lounge with minimal options and a steakhouse. I only had breakfast at the steakhouse which was very good. Casino was very bright and felt like i was in a conference room. Turn the lights down a bit! Stayed her for proximity to family and would probably stay again. Might try another close hotel.

The rooms are just great. The location is great, but for some reason, none of the ice machines were working. I went to every floor and the club room service was almost not worth going to simply because they had an air conditioning problem and it was too hot to enjoy sitting there with friends.

I have coming to this facility for over 16 years .. some of the rooms are showing age … cracked sink , air conditioning not working.. plugs not working.. time for some upgrades .. staff is always great, overall building is good .. even the elevators need some work though

We stayed for one night on August 9th. Staff were friendly and the room was clean, but could use an update. Variety was stained, bathroom door was hard to close, toilet in my daughter's room didn't flush properly, and the hallway and room in that section smelled like old cigarette smoke. Main areas of the hotel were well-kept. We missed the buffet in the casino, so we ate at the lobby restaurant (Terrace?). There was only one person working. She was very nice, but she was in bar and food service. I ordered lettuce wraps and they were pretty gross. I didn't eat them and they were removed from the bill, which I didn't ask for, but appreciated. I also ordered truffle fries but didn't get them. Our server didn't get a chance to return to our table after bringing the food. It was not her fault at all; she was friendly and efficient, but there should have been more staff. We went looking fir breakfast the next morning, but the casino buffet didn't open until

Overall a lovely property. Pet policy wasn’t clear through Expedia booking, and I didn’t get a copy of what I signed at registration. Also unclear what was charged to my credit card, something about incidentals. Difficult to take advantage of club amenities from seven floors down. However, happy to see the hotel is a success and you certainly offer every perk for those able to enjoy them

I really liked the location as well as the availability to restaurants and the mall. The entrance and lobby was very inviting as well as excellent friendly service in the lounge. I also liked the clothing boutique that I visited. This hotel has exceptional bones to be top of the line but there are some things that need improvement. The frontline staff are most important at reception and this was very disappointing. Through our 4 night stay there was 1 person who stood out and he was a Latino man I believe. He may have been a manager and he really stepped up for us. The rest of the staff didn’t even acknowledge us and appeared unfriendly. I came through the lobby several times during our stay as I had to take my dog out very early in the morning. The lobby was empty as it was so early and not once was I even looked at for a morning smile or greeting. It was as if I didn’t exist. I didn’t find this favourable in a hospitality environment. There needs to be improvement there. We are grateful we stayed to experience what we liked and what we didn’t like but we won’t be back.

Looks like a order hotel windows were really water stained but great view nice huge pool nice hottub casino right there. Looked like 2 bars one shopping store great big lobby..Will stay there again..con was there on a Tuesday and not many people there the desk guy was going to give us a 4th floor room requested a higher floor he gave us a room on the 14th floor very nice.. he was hard to understand the lady was great

Truly enjoyed the experience. Drove from Calgary just to get away for a night. The staff that checked me in was so nice and friendly and even chased me down the hallway to tell me I missed my turn to go to my room - we laughed. The casino was also a great experience from the staff to security - they were friendly and fun. We will come and stay again.
