“We stayed at this cabin for a week-long family vacation and had a wonderful experience! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals there, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the host was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a larger room, which was perfect for my husband, me, and our two dogs. We also really appreciated the small fenced-in pet area, which……

“A hidden gem! The bed was so comfortable! It was lovely to walk to the Tavern for a warm welcome and live music over the lake. Perfect for a staycation.”

“Cute spot and quiet. I had reservations for pets that didn’t join us and the host was flexible in subtracting the cost.”

“Amazing property, very clean, nicely furnished and everything you need! Nicely secluded, just a little slice of heaven in the mountains. Super hosts”

“This a very remote area which is exactly what we wanted. The are quite a few places to hike and explore in the area. After exploring, we could sit on the back deck to read and listen to the creek and the birds. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and we had no trouble with check in or house issues. Also, the host provided extra treats which in our VRBO experience is quite unusual.”

“I liked that you could see the water from out porch”

“Yes and yes. We arrived early and they were ready for us. We enjoyed the cabin very much it was so updated and cute. Loved every minute of it. Thank you!! Greg & Kris Marean (IA)”

“The pictures of the cabin were different from what it actually was. In front of the cabin looked like a construction site. Thought there was a gas BarBQ but it had been replaced with a charcoal BarBQ. Owner worked on building in front of the cabin until 7:45 pmVery limited utensils I suggest bringing some of your own”

“Great property.”

“Fun experience”

“The cabin is a perfect blend of rustic with a fully updated bath and kitchen. Unlike some places we have stayed, there was lots of open surfaces to put our travel items. The gas fireplace was nice to have on and watch the flames. I'm always cooler than my husband, so I just snuggled up in a comforter that was on the couch. The bed was comfortable with as many covers as you'd like with phone charging lamps on both sides. The kitchen was small but great. The gas stove had a built in griddle. ……

“Everything was as promised. Representative Tessa was very helpful. Just getting away from all the "Flat-Landers" and social media madness was Wonderful. ”
