"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The establishment next door did play very loud music late into the night. But after a full day of fun in Bocas I went right to sleep anyway."

"This lodge is far more than a hotel. It is an experience. They take excellent care of you. The food is amazing and the details in preperation is top quality. My spouse and I enjoyed the realxed atmosphere but also the activities. We went on the wildlife tour, the bat caves and snorkeling (arranged by La Loma). All were fun. Be aware that you are in the jungle with jungle noises at night and no walls. After the first night, we got used to the sounds and actually found them soothing. From the cocao tea and muffins at your door before you wake, to the incredible sunsets from the dining room, it is an excellentexperience. I'm sad we had to leave. "

"We had an amazing stay at Coral Bay Bungalows. The setting is absolutely stunning – waking up over the water, with nothing but the sound of the sea and the jungle around you, feels like a dream. The bungalows are beautifully designed, very comfortable, and you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. The team (and owners) are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great experience. From helping arrange boat transfers and activities to sharing local tips, we always felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and having easy access to the water for kayaking and paddleboarding right from the property was a huge plus. If you are looking for a peaceful, intimate, and special place to stay in Bocas del Toro, we can’t recommend Coral Bay Bungalows enough. We left already talking about when we might come back. ❤️"

"Everything was fantastic, my host Joan was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making my experience in Bocas great. I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "Reef house was a great island experience! Firefly and reggae restaurants were closed for the slow season, that was unfortunate. A/C could have been better but fans worked well. Snorkeling on reef out front was amazing."

"There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "
