"Have stayed here twice now, and very impressed with the staff, facilities, communication and amenities. Check in/out was fast and easy. Staff are friendly and accommodating of requests. Great location. Heated pool was nice too. Beds were comfy, and rooms well designed and clean. Great place to stay."

"The hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was great but definitely on the more expensive side. The only thing I will say is as we were staying 2 nights we did ask the housekeeping person outside our room when we were leaving for the day to make up our room. She replaced towels, however our sheets had coffee on them. The bed didn't get fresh sheets. She also never replaced tissues or a toilet roll. Should we travel to Canberra again I would still stay here."
